Tracy A. Shea, CLU®, ChFC®, CDFA®, CFP®
Wealth Advisor
My primary goal is to guide clients both to and through retirement, helping them identify and manage risks at every stage of their financial journey. I take a holistic approach to wealth management, working closely with couples, widows and widowers, divorcees, trusts, estates, and corporations to ensure their financial strategies align with their long-term objectives.
My practice involves assisting families with estate planning, helping business owners develop succession strategies, and identifying both pre- and post-retirement needs. I recently authored a comprehensive guide, IRAs, 401(k)s & Other Retirement Plans: Strategies for Taking Your Money Out, to provide clear, actionable guidance on the complexities of retirement distributions.

Advocacy & Community Involvement
I am a staunch advocate for our aging population and previously served as a Board member for the North Andover Council on Aging. My commitment to financial literacy extends to my volunteer work with Women’s Money Matters, a non-profit providing financial coaching for low-income women and girls. I am also an active member of the Westford, MA chapter of Business Network International (BNI).
I reside in North Andover with my husband. Outside of my professional life, I am usually found on the tennis court or traveling to new destinations. I particularly enjoy the summer months and any opportunity to spend time in the sunshine.
